Customer Care Associates
One should be a graduate or the equivalent with at least a year of experience in the customer service, call centers or telemarketing industry. The applicant should have excellent English-speaking skills, a keen interest in the Internet and strong working knowledge of computers. Candidates must be equally proficient in both written and spoken English. Relevant experience will be an advantage. Exceptional fresh graduates and under graduates may also apply.
